PC GAMER UKデジタル版の無料Platinumコード届いた

9月6日の下記のエントリーに書いた、iPad版 PC GAMER誌無料購読についてくるWarframeのゲーム内通貨500Platinum受領用コード、やっと届きました。結局、App Storeからの購読通知メールを、「コードが届かないから送ってくれ」という文面で pcgamer.giftgeddon@futurenet.com に転送する必要がありました。

経緯は以下の通りです。

9月6日、App Storeで無料購読の1ヶ月だけ申し込む…

本当は、iPadなどからアプリを購入する「App Store」で購入手続きをすれば、App Storeで買い物をするアカウントに紐付くメールアドレスにコードが届く……と思っていたのですが、届きませんでした。これが9月6日。

9月15日、表紙や講読通知のスクリーンショットを送る…

Steamのフォーラムに「駄目なら購入したデジタル雑誌の表紙、プロモーションが表示されたページと、App Storeの購読通知メールのスクリーンショットを添付して pcgamer.giftgeddon@futurenet.com に送ればいい」と書いてあったので試しました。自動応答のメールはすぐに届きました。一応読んでみると

For digital magazines:
Magazine issue number/month and year/name of game title/s. Plus the email receipt of your digital purchase.

The easiest way to provide this is to forward your email receipt from iTunes, Zinio etc as this will also state which issue(s) you have bought. An attached screen grab may also be acceptable, providing it is apparent that what you are showing us is a genuine purchase.

「購入した雑誌の名前と発行年月、そして購読の領収メールを送れ」「簡単な方法は購読通知メールを転送すること。添付された"Screen Grab"でもOK」と書いてあります。スクリーングラブってスクリーンショットのこと？？だったら送ったはずなんだけど……と思いつつ、購読通知を転送するというのが確実かと思い、購読通知メールを「9月6日にこれを購読したけどプロモーションコードが届かない。送ってもらえませんか？」という文面を添えてpcgamer.giftgeddon@futurenet.comに転送しました。

9月20日、スクリーンショット付き1通目への返事が

スクリーンショットを添えて出した最初のメールは駄目だったみたいです。デジタル雑誌の電子メール領収を転送しなさい、と書いてあります。…すでに送ってるのでこのメールは見送り。
